3.1 The Service-Fee Framework
Ghazi Soft Tech provides intangible professional services (introductions, technical vetting, and onboarding assistance). Because our value is delivered through expertise and time, we maintain a specific refund protocol:
3.2 Facilitation Fees
- Successful Introduction: Once a successful introduction to a payment gateway has been made and the onboarding process initiated, all facilitation fees paid to Ghazi Soft Tech are non-refundable.
- Technical Consulting: Fees for technical integration support or business vetting are considered earned once the service is rendered.
3.3 Financial Transactions
- Independent Funds: Since Ghazi Soft Tech does not hold a wallet or handle transaction funds, we are not responsible for any refunds, chargebacks, or reversals related to your sales.
- Gateway Policy: All transaction-related refund disputes must be handled through the dashboard of your specific payment gateway provider according to their individual terms of service.
